Mr. Marshall specializes in commercial litigation and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California, the District of Utah and the United States Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Angele C. Solano
Angele C. Solano has a broad commercial real estate practice and over 15 years of experience. Her practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions with a focus on acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and financing with expertise in matters relating to the retail automotive industry. Ms. Solano also has experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts, easements, and professional services agreements.
Ms. Solano is a graduate of Occidental College, Yale University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and Stanford Law School. She was admitted to practice law in California in 2001.
